Reservations must be made before Monday, September 3, 2018.

Room Reservation Rate:

The Guest Room rate is $138 + Taxes (currently 11% + $2.00 room occupancy tax).

This special rate is available three (3) days before and after the reunion.

The rate includes a complimentary continental breakfast daily, served in a breakfast area off the main lobby.

Placing reservations:

You may place your reservation through the hotel’s on-line PASSKEY SYSTEM through http://aws.passkey.com/go/46600  or calling 800 261-9530, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. 

You will need to provide our group’s Booking Code, 46600, and one night’s refundable deposit (see Cancellations, below).

NOTE:  We have been advised that the hotel will not put a hold on your credit or debit card at the time the reservation is made.  However, if this is a concern, we strongly suggest that you verify this when you make your reservations.

Arrival/Departure:

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM; check-out time is 11:00 AM.  An early departure fee of one night’s room plus applicable taxes will be charged for departure date changes made after check-in.

Cancellations:

Individual deposits are refundable if cancellation is received by the hotel by 5:00 PM local hotel time (EST) three (3) business days prior to the reserved date of arrival.
